Went to the secret spot on the strength of the F7 Southerly forecast to find it F3 and SE, no good.

Headed to Bigbury as the webcam had been registering 20 Kts prior to me setting off this morning. A few out on 5.8's but not really doing much so I went for a 6.2. Absolute waste of time as I spent a good couple of hours wallowing in the desperate hope that the wind would approach anything near the forecast. Got planing a couple of times and even threw in 1 vulcan attempt but the wind resolutely stayed below F4. I need a bigger board for these conditions.
